Refund policy
Christiano's Italian American Kitchen strives to provide high-quality prepared meals and frozen food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was provided
- The product arrived damaged or compromised at pickup
- There was a significant issue caused by our preparation or packaging process
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24 hours of pickup with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the affected item(s), if applicable
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Orders not picked up
- Improper storage or reheating after pickup
