Refund policy

Christiano's Italian American Kitchen strives to provide high-quality prepared meals and frozen food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was provided
  • The product arrived damaged or compromised at pickup
  • There was a significant issue caused by our preparation or packaging process

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24 hours of pickup with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the affected item(s), if applicable

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Orders not picked up
  • Improper storage or reheating after pickup
